The Pennsylvania Community Health Center Challenge (PACHC) encourages Pennsylvania community health centers to increase organ donation awareness and designations within their health center and community.

The awareness and designation activities are captured on a scorecard for participating health centers to achieve platinum, gold, silver and bronze level point totals. PACHC encourages Pennsylvania community health centers to participate in the 2019 Challenge. Interested organizations may register at any time. The challenge will run from March 29 to September 13, 2019.
